Shipping policy

Luna Reignn's business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 - 4 pm (PST). Any orders placed after 4pm will be counted on the following business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and sent from our facility to the post office.

International shipments range from 1-6 weeks depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office.

We offer standard shipping for all orders. All orders will be packaged and fulfilled in the order in which they are received. Orders will process within 3-5 business days from your order date. Delivery to you will take an additional 2-5 days, based upon your location.

All packages are insured with USPS/UPS. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
